Terms of Use (EULA)

Agreement

These Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) are an End User License Agreement between you and the developer of Cage Path (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies, and where it conflicts with these terms, the Apple Standard EULA governs.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the App except as allowed by applicable law.

Purchases

The App’s Settings screen offers optional one-time purchases — in this version, Sandbox Mode. All payments are processed by the App Store (or Google Play); we never collect your payment details directly. These are permanent unlocks, not recurring charges and not subscriptions, and they can be restored on another device signed in to the same store account using the “Restore” button in Settings.

Purchases unlock convenience and customisation features only. They do not sell in-game currency, randomised rewards, or loot boxes, and they cannot be used to buy competitive advantage in a simulated fight. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, under its refund policy.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the App stores on your device.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of in-game progress or saved data.

Content

Cage Path is a fictional simulation. Fighters, promotions, and events are generated for gameplay and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the UFC or any real fighter, promotion, or organization.

Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.
